The Methodology
The program is structured around four "waves," each lasting four weeks:
- The 10s Wave: High volume, hypertrophy focus.
- The 8s Wave: Moderate volume and intensity.
- The 5s Wave: Strength focus.
- The 3s Wave: Peaking and maximal strength.
The Phases
Each wave consists of four phases:
- Accumulation: High volume work.
- Intensification: Increasing intensity.
- Realization: Testing your strength with an AMRAP set.
- Deload: Recovery.
